Planning permission secured for the development of 150no. residential dwellings. MJ Engineering Group provided detailed Flood Risk Assessment and Drainage Strategy. The strategy was based on using SuDS features to treat, convey and store surface water on the site. Outfalls to the existing ditch network were controlled at greenfield run-off rates.
